[Translators] VLC 1.1.0 RC

Hi Christophe and team,

I downloaded vlc-1.1.0-rc4-20100618-0202-win32.exe and checked it.
However it doesn't use the the following latest ja.po and Japanese.nsh.
Could you commit them to VLC-1.1.0 before it's released?
