[Translators] Translation errors for subtitle files

But VLC does not provide a separate locale for Hong-Kong nor Macau at the 
moment. I guess CP950 is a superset of BIG5, so then we should use CP950. But 
I do not know if CP950 or BIG5-HKSCS is a superset of the other... ?

If I am not mistaken, GB18030 is a superset of GBK which is a superset of 
GB2312. So if VLC uses GB18030, it should cover all three combibation for the 
Chinese/PRC locale, i.e. GB2312, GBK and GB18030.
