[Translators] Update for Slovak translation of VLC - Codepage corrected

Hello, 
thank you for previous upload of my translation for VLC. Now I prepared a small update for it - I corrected the codepage for the subtitles (in the Slovak language is used CP1250). And I edited an another string too. If you can, please upload the edited language file on your server. You can download it at:
