Merged.

However I had to remove 3 strings because they were incorrectly
translated. When the original string contains a % followed by a
character like %d or %s, it needs to be present in the translated
string.

By example:

#, c-format
msgid "VLC could not open the %s module."
msgstr "VLC n'a pas pu ouvrir le module « %s »."

For 3 strings the %s was not present so I had to remove these strings.

So you should redownload si.po from
http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc/vlc-1.1.git;a=tree;f=po
