[Translators] Update of Slovak translation for VLC

I prepared an update for the language file of VLC. All the new strings 
are translated now (total number of strings: 5459). The updated language 
file is here: www.mojepreklady.net/download/po-sk.zip

The file for translation was downloaded from:

If everything is OK and if you can, please merge this translation into
