[Translators] VLC 1.1.4 Greek Translation

Dear all,

I' ve translated 80 % of VLC 1.1.4 into Greek (using the vlc.pot file downloaded from here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/vlc/files/1.1.4/vlc-1.1.4.tar.bz2/download).
Actually, I've continued an old (2005) VLC translation effort  by Simos 
Xenitellis, the previous coordinator for the Greek language, who today 
passed the coordination for the Greek language to me: 
http://mailman.videolan.org/pipermail/translators/2010-October/000590.html.
The detailed stats concerning my VLC 1.1.4 Greek translation are the following:
Total strings: 5455
Translated strings: 4411 (80 %)
Fuzzy strings: 0 (0 %)
Untranslated strings: 1044 (20 %)

What process should I go through to have the locale added to VLC?
