[Translators] VLC Armenian translation

Hello,

My name is Babayan Eduard. I just started translation of VLC MEdia
Player to Armenian (hy-AM). I have still translated only 25% of
strings, but the visible interface (menus, buttons) are completely in
Armenian and I am has been testing it for about a months.

What process should I go through to have the locale added to VLC? Here
