[Translators] Japanese translation for vlc-1.2.0 was done

Hello team,

I'm not sure whether our latest updates (not only for Japanese) have
been committed or not.
At least the status page
"http://www.videolan.org/developers/i18n/vlcstat.php" shows, there are
many untranslated strings.
But we translated, didn't we?

If it's possible, please commit our latest po files before release
1.2.0 officially.
