[Translators] New Slovak translation for VLC 1.1.6

Hello,
I prepared a new Slovak translation for VLC 1.1.6. All strings (5466) are translated now - the original PO file was downloaded from 
http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc/vlc-1.1.git;a=tree;f=po

I used the time between this and previous version for checking and corrections in the Slovak translation. Then I tested the translation again and 
everything seems to work very good. You can also publish this translation on your server.
