Hi,
I've signed up for the Turkish translation a few months ago but
unfortunately I've never had enough time to complete it. I did some
translations but they're not merged to the official language file yet. So
let's merge them first, and then you can work on the file.
Greetings,
Selim Şumlu

Hello,
I would like to become the official maintainer for Breton language.
I already sent you some translated strings and they now appear in VLC. What
a pleasure for me !
Here you can find the latest po I worked on :

Best regards,
Denis ARNAUD

The usual process if to send a link to the updated .po file to
translators at videolan.org where a committer will pick it up, usually before
the next release.

clone the sourcecode as stated in
http://trac.videolan.org/vlmc/wiki/Downloads#Gettingthesource
When you have cloned, you will find ts/vlmc_tr_TR.ts file a.k.a.
vlmc_tr_TR.ts file under ts directory. You should translate through
this file and you can send a patch to this list. (I don't know whether
anyone is responsible for Turkish translations, I haven't seen any
translator here: http://trac.videolan.org/vlmc/wiki/Translations )

The translation is from English to Turkish, but you can take a look at
ts/vlmc_fr_FR.ts file for French translations.
Feel free to contact with me in Turkish if you have any personal
questions :)
?yi ak?amlar, good night.
