[Translators] Estonian update for VLC 1.2.0

Hi.

Here is a small update for Estonian translation for VLC 1.2.0. Note!
Last time when I sent an update, vlc.desktop was not commited. There is
a typo righ now. Correted version with et.po file is available here:

Relavent part of vlc.desktop should look like this:

17 Name[et]=VLC meediaesitaja
18 GenericName[et]=Meediaesitaja
19 Comment[et]=Multimeediafailide taasesitamine, lindistamine ja edastamine
