[Translators] [vlc-devel] Translations for VLC 1.2.0

Some update on my previous mail concerning the strings not extracted: in fact it is not working not only for share/vlc/lua/http/index.html but for all html files 'share/vlc/lua/http/*.html', thus the vlc.pot file is missing all these strings.

Any idea on a way to solve this?

Finaly re-updated the translation files for french (based on
vlc-1.2.0-pre1 git clone from yesterday - using
http://repo.or.cz/r/vlc.git)

http://rpmfarm.free.fr/src/Patches/VLC/vlc-1.2.0-pre1-fr.po

Status is: fr.po: 5658 translated messages, 14 fuzzy translations, 183
untranslated messages.

Some remarks (towards vlc-dev or the other translators):

1/ Some files are still missing in po/POTFILES.in.
Is it possible to check if my updated list is correct:
http://rpmfarm.free.fr/src/Patches/VLC/vlc-1.2.0-pre1-POTFILES.in

2/ Some strings from share/vlc/lua/http/index.html are not included in
vlc.pot, and I didn't manage to have them recognized (each line of
this form: ' title="<?vlc gettext( ', certainly becauses the gettext
is already inside a pair or " )
I managed to extract the strings by replacing the pairs of " and using
xgettext on a modified file. The resulting pot file is here:
http://rpmfarm.free.fr/src/Patches/VLC/vlc-1.2.0-pre1-share_lua_http_index_html.pot

This file is finally merged (by using msgcat) with vlc.pot before
launching make in the po directory again: it's not really simple!

Is someone able to correct the i18N extraction from
share/vlc/lua/http/index.html ?

Cheers,
