[Translators] Hungarian translation for VLMC

Hi

I'm sending the Hungarian translation file (.ts) for VideoLAN Movie Creator.
I'm not (yet) familiar enough with git to send you a patch.

I've had some problems when I tried to open the html code parts in my
browser in Hungarian language because - in the translatable string - it
doesn't have utf-8 coding, and Hungarian kind of needs that. I'm sure
there's going to be no problem about that, I've just thought I'd tell you
this.
