[Translators] Update for SK translation of VLC

Hello,
thank you for the information about the publishing of the new VLC-version. I updated and checked the Slovak translation for your program. 
You can download the SK translation from http://www.mojepreklady.net/download/vlc-sk-5857.zip. The translation has 5857 strings and all 
strings are translated.
Please merge this translation, it can be included in the next final version of VLC.
