[Translators] Hebrew translation of Android port

[Yaron Shahrabani]

I can only guess that Hebrew is values-iw (last time I checked) it may also
be values-he.

I only translated the Strings.xml file, all the other file seems like they
have something to do with style and I'm not sure that's necessary.
