[Translators] Intoduction mail

[Hemanta Nandi]

I am Hemanta Nandi, pursuing B.Tech in the stream of Computer Science and
Engineering , Durgapur, West Bengal,India. I am very much interested about
translating  vlc into bengali. And I will be very proud if i can contribute
my little effort compared to this huge project.
