[Translators] Update for Spanish (es) translation of VLC (Android and website), christoph.miebach at web.de

Hi Edward!

I've used as base this file [1], that is, the spanish translation that is
already translated. This file is not updated with the new strings? I must
translate all strings each time or merge the new strings in the translated
file? Mybe i'm missing something, sorry.

Here is the strings.xml translated using as base [2], I hope that it
contains now all strings.
