[Translators] VLC Website - Estonian translation

Hi

After moving to transifex I don't know if I have to send this
notification here anymore (Christoph or someone else please tell me :)).

Anyway one of my colleques from Estonian translation team has finished
translating VLC website. Translation is available from transifex
