[Translators] Fwd: [videolan] videolan website language

Hi, all,

Currently only 'zh' is present on the server, so the matching order
for 'zh_CN;zh' is: zh_CN (miss), zh (HIT) => Simp Chinese, correct;
for 'zh_HK;zh' is: zh_HK (miss), zh (HIT) => Simp Chinese, should be
Trad Chinese;
for 'zh_CN' is: zh_CN (miss) => English, should be Simp Chinese (a few
old browsers are experiencing this problem)

I think duplicating some files might do the work:
1. Grab zh-CN from Transifex as 'zh_CN', and make a copy of it named 'zh';
2. Grab zh-TW from Transifex as 'zh_TW', and make two copies of it
named 'zh-HK', 'zh-MO'.
(Note: HK and TW differs a lot in terms of technical words, and this
workaround is flexible enough to allow the setup of more language
teams.)

This way, all the common language codes for Chinese
(CN,HK,MO,TW,SG,MY) will fallback to the right form.
