[Translators] Update for SK translation of VLC for Android

Hello,
The Slovak translation for VLC for Android was updated and the new version is uploaded to Transifex. The source file for this translation 
was downloaded directly from http://git.videolan.org/?p=vlc-ports/android.git;a=tree;f=vlc-android/res;hb=HEAD.
