[ANN] VideoLAN Server 0.3.1

   The vls team is happy to announce version 0.3.1 of the VideoLAN
Server. This version features:

  * Kfir video encoder support.
  * File output support.
  * Plugins and Builtins support.
  * Installation process.
  * Lots and lots of various bugfixes.

   You can download vlc 0.3.1 via HTTP or FTP :

   Tarballs are available, as well as x86 Debian packages. Binary
builds for architectures and distributions not yet available are
