VLC 1.1.1 - 'The Luggage'
The second release of the 1.1.x branch of VLC

This is a minor release, focused on bugfixing issues, notably
 - libVLC improvements and fixes
 - Windows video output fixes
 - DxVA decoding on ATI cards
 - Fixes for all interfaces: Qt, Mac, Skins, HTTP
 - Various decoders and demuxers fixes
 - Updated translations
