Second Release Candidate for VLC 1.1.0, with many fixes over 1.1.0-rc, with notably:
 - XCB fixes
 - Qt interface fixes, notably for x264 preferences and Win32 wheeling events in Fullscreen

 - Transform filter, taglib, rm demuxer and http interface fixes
