VLC media player - 'Twoflower' - 1.2.0-pre3

This is the third pre-version of VLC 1.2.0, aka 'Twoflower'.

This version is mostly intended to developers, packagers and power-users to report important issues and regressions.

Many bugs were fixed during this stage, in every part of VLC.
It should start being actually usable.
