VLC media player 2.0.6 - Twoflower

This is the sixth bugfix release (and the seventh release) of the 2.0.x branch of VLC.

This release fixes numerous issues, including crashes and security-related issues.

It also:
 - fixes various issues in WMV, MKV, Ogg and AVI formats
 - fixes decoding of FLAC 6.1 and 7.1, ALAC and some subtitles
 - fixes GPU decoding with Intel HD 2000/3000 on Windows
 - improves rendering and various small issues in the OS X interface
 - updates numerous translations
