VLC media player 2.1.0-pre1 'Rincewind'

This is the first preversion of VLC 2.1.0.
There have been 6999 commits since the split of 2.0.0 and master,
creating a diff of more than 4 million lines :)

This release brings:
 - Ports to Mobile OS, including Android, iOS (again), WinRT
 - A new audio core, including rewrite of most audio output modules
 - An introduction of many hardware decoders, for performance
 - A preparation for Ultra-HD, notably for future codecs
 - Numerous new codecs, formats and protocols supported
 - New video and audio outputs, filters and converters
 - Important polishing on most interfaces
 - A change of most of the libVLC library code license to LGPL
 - Some important improvements on the webplugins and the bindings
