VLC media player 2.0.7 - Twoflower

This is the seventh bugfix release (and the 8th release) of the 2.0.x branch of VLC.

This release fixes numerous issues and regressions, including crashes and security issues.

It notably fixes the issues on PowerPC and on Audio decoding and encoding.

It finally updates the translations of numerous languages and introduces Azerbaijani, Kirgyz, Oriya translations
