VLC media player 2.1.5 'RinceWind'

This is the fourthd bugfix release of the 2.1.x branch of VLC

This release fixes issues in QTsound capture module, DxVA GPU decoding,
Bluray subtitles in MKV, the Mac OS X interface and improves reliability
against mp3 broken streams. It also upgrades GnuTLS and libpng for security issues.
