Drop Qt6 mention from NEWS

It is in fact not possible to build with Qt6 at least as long as
https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/merge_requests/6812 is not
done. "News" sites are already picking this up though for the fact
that 3.0.22-rc1 was tagged.
