macosx: add asset catalog with the new icon
This is the generated asset catalog, added directly here as none
of the tooling is available on the build machines needed to make
VLC 3.x builds and also the build system in 3.x has none of the
needed integrations with the asset catalog tool.
The old version is kept for the rendered icns for now.
