qt: fix race condition between RHI probing and UI launch

The default behavior for QEventLoopLocker is to quit the main loop when there are
no other QEventLoopLocker held (and no active windows).

While starting VLC we run a background task to probe RHI capabilities. This task
hold a QEventLoopLocker to avoid early destruction, but the task may end before
the first window is created, forcing the application to exit prematurly.
