gaussianblur: don't read past the right edge

The horizontal pass and the normalization table bounded x by
(visible_pitch - col) * (x_factor + 1) + 1, reading up to two bytes past
the visible width (one for the chroma planes) and weighting them as
pixels, so the last columns depended on the picture padding. Use - 1, as
the vertical pass does.
