qt: fix application quitting when external open dialog closes in dialog provider mode

The default behavior for QEventLoopLocker is to quit the main loop when there are
no other QEventLoopLocker held (and no active windows). When qt is used as a
dialog provider it typically has no window open. On some platforms (KDE for
instance), requesting a native file dialog will hold a QEventLoopLocker while
the dialog is open, causing the main loop to exit once the dialog is closed.
