  This release is ABI compatible with the last release. See
  https://aomedia.googlesource.com/aom/+log/v3.15.1..v3.15.2 for all the
  commits in this release.

  - Bug Fixes
    * Bug 42302352: A larger frame is forced to be a key frame.
    * Bug 555350218: libaom encoder allows frame width/height to be
      different from max frame width/height when
      reduced_still_picture_header is 1.
    * Bug oss-fuzz:559019046: libaom:av1_enc_fuzzer: Bad-cast to
      PixelLevelGradientInfocompute_gradient_info_sb in
      av1_encode_sb_row.
    * Bug oss-fuzz:566951534: Integer-overflow in linsolve_wiener.
    * Bug 568044446: Fix stale search_site_config in IntraBC motion
      search. Fix y_stride_src in init_motion_estimation().

Transitively we're also including Release v3.15.1
