qml: adjust the left and right insets in ml scan progress bar in side pane

The buttons have left and right insets, but it is missing here.

qml: use background in ml scan progress bar in side pane

Making the background invisible is a remnant from the time
when layered and blurred main view used to provide the
background (like the mini player).

In this case, it can have a background to provide proper
demarcation of the control in the side navigation pane.
