problems compiling 0.2.73 on MOSX

I had those errors when compiling on a g4, but not a g3.  Something
with the compiler.  Never tracked it down.  If you do a search online
for those symbols you'll find a bunch of links ; not sure what the fix
is on OSX / Darwin.  I don't have a G4 @ home to check.
