CVS info: extras/DVDioctl directory renamed

   I renamed extras/DVDioctl to extras/MacOSX_dvdioctl on the server
side. CVS does not handle renaming of files or directories, and removing
it and creating a new directory would have made it difficult to retrieve
history information. Sorry for the inconvenience, but only few people
were working on it anyway.

   If you had made local changes to this DVDioctl directory, please
rename your local directory to MacOSX_dvdioctl before checking in or
out. If you hadn't, then just remove extras/DVDioctl.
