vlc for iPaq?

Hi,

What do I need to cross-compile vlc for an StrongArm 1110 (iPaq)? I do
not mean the cross-compiler toolchain, but libraries/tools in addition
to that specifically for vlc. Does anyone know?

Or better yet, has this already been done?
