Patch for the DirectX plugin

Does this result in "speeding" audio trying
to catch up?  The 0.2.80 client for Linux does
that, whereas 0.2.73 does not.  Maybe it's not
DirectX specific.

Major problems left:
- The audio plugin (direct sound) is still not behaving correctly. The main 
problem I've got is that sometimes the sound starts playing with a few 
seconds of delay. I still don't know why.
