Help about Network PS stream decode error

Thank you for your reply.
Because source code in my office, I'll post it tomorrow.
I don't think the stream is invalid, because the stream is read from
encoder(iTVC15) real time, and I send the multicast stream to another iTVC15
it can decode correctly. Maybe some problem in buffer.

I notice that Henri Fallon encounter the same problem in debugging TS stream:

With some streams (VOB files streamed by the VLS) I get hundreds of
error messages :
"Skipped macroblock in I-picture"
or
"DCT coeff (non-intra) is out of bounds"
and I get an image every one and a half seconds (almost:)
whereas audio is OK (not even a scratch for this same stream)
How can I ensure the problem is in the vlc and not in the TS produced by
the VLS ?
