Xvideo performance problem.

Adding

while( XCheckTypedEvent( p_vout->p_sys->p_display, 100, &xevent ) ) ; /*XXX
HACK XXX*/

to the end of the vout_Manage function in vout_xvideo.c fixes
the "slow-down" problem I had had.

P.S. I've stopped using the Windoze DVD player I used to use.
vlc is now better than the DVD player I used to use in terms
of video and sound quality. Thank-you to everyone who has
contributed!
