Proposed patch to aout_alsa.c

Hello,

I recently rewrote the ALSA audio plugin, which was committed to CVS
(thanks).  I now propose a change, since ALSA 0.9.0beta4 has been
released.  The patch is attached.

The patch makes vlc properly configure ALSA's start and stop conditions.
Without the patch, vlc is in a constant state of buffer underrun.
