VLC 0.2.91 finally ?

The release has been a little delayed due to unexpected bug hunting
sessions. Can we have a status on patches yet to come ? I know of four
patches which haven't found their way into the CVS yet :
* raw device support for libdvdcss [sam]
* vlcs extension [sam]
* BeOS AC3 patches [reno]
* Win32 network input [lool, xav]

Are there still patches pending ? When can we expect these problems to
be fixed ?
