Log Message:

  * Made everything ready for a vlc-0.2.91 / libdvdcss-1.0.0 release.
  * Updated ChangeLog and ChangeLog.libdvdcss.
  * Increased vlcs response message length.
  * Removed the i_flags argument to dvdcss_open. Everything is done through
    environment variables now.
