When I submitted the patches to make IP Multicast work under Unix 
(Linux is the platform, I tested it under), I also included a few lines
that should make win32 happy. 
Similar code works fine for my own project (under Unix and Win32).

Since I can't comile win32 stuff, I can't test it.
What is the problem you guys are seeing under win32 ?
