moving in vob files

Hi,

when playing simple (unencoded) vob files with vlc, it would
be great to move in the files with the GUI slider.

Currently, when moving the slider, the timecode gets puzzled,
and vlc didn't jump to the selected position, which is not
usually expected ;-)

Let me know, if you can't reproduce it, I can...
(I'm running Linux 2.4.12 on K7/1200 here)

If someone tackles seamless branching, I would be glad to
help you in debugging and testing.
