Call for help: altivec-enabled vlc

Hello Paul,

I have just seen

for the videolan team and I am the original author of the broken 
altivec IDCT. I'd love to see your altivec-enhanced mpeg2dec, where 
can I find it ? I don't remember having seen it in mpeg2dec CVS. I 
suppose the licence is GPL-compatible ?
