   It's not guaranteed to work but try one of these (either ftp or http):

deb ftp://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan ./
deb-src ftp://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan ./

deb http://www.videolan.org/pub/videolan ./
deb-src http://www.videolan.org/pub/videolan ./
