Log Message:
* Bumped up version number to 0.4.4.
* ./plugins/spudec/spu_decoder.c: Fixed a moronic endianness bug.
* ./src/audio_output/audio_output.c: The default rate is now fetched from 
  the audio decoder, so avoid unnecessary resampling.
