[vlc-devel] setting buffer size

Hi all!

   I am trying to modify the buffer size of the vlc.
But after modification, the advertised window size is
still 32768 bytes.

   Other than ipv4.c, is there any other functions
that call setsockopt()? I'm afraid I might have missed
it out though I could only find it in ipv4.c.
